- Submit your claim with proof of the lower price.

How to Submit Your Claim
To request a claim under our Lowest Price Guarantee, simply email priceguarantee@vividseats.com, and include the following:
- Your full name and Vivid Seats order number.
- A screenshot of the comparable ticket from an eligible resale marketplace, with a visible timestamp.
- This screenshot with timestamp is required whether you find the ticket on the website or mobile app of an eligible marketplace.
